Members of Brooklyn Rival Gangs Indicted, 3-Year-Old Shot

The website for The Brooklyn District Attorney's Office reported on Tuesday that 32 members of rival gangs WOOO and CHOO will be charged with indictments of "conspiracy to commit murder, conspiracy to possess weapons, and other related charges including murder, attempted murder, reckless endangerment, and weapons possession."
